This policy explains what information Homes Design AI collects when you use homesdesignai.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Account information: your email address and, if you sign in with a third-party provider, the basic profile details that provider shares with us.
Content you upload: the photos you upload, the options and text instructions you choose, and the designs generated from them.
Billing information: payments are processed by our payment provider. We receive your plan, payment status and country, but never your full card number.
Usage data: basic technical information such as pages visited, device and browser type, and error logs, used to run and improve the service.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide the service: to generate designs, store them in your account, manage your plan and credits, provide support, prevent abuse and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information.
Your uploaded photos and generated designs are private to your account. We do not publish them, show them in public galleries or use them in marketing without your explicit permission.
Service providers
We rely on trusted providers to run the service: Supabase for authentication, database and file storage; KIE.ai for AI image generation, which receives the photo and instructions needed to create each design; and Dodo Payments for payments and subscription management. Each provider processes data only to deliver its part of the service.
Retention and deletion
We keep your account data while your account is active. You can delete individual photos and designs at any time, or ask us to delete your account and associated data by writing to support@homesdesignai.com. Billing records may be kept longer where the law requires it.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to secure the service. If we add analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for consent where the law requires it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data and to object to certain processing. Contact us at support@homesdesignai.com and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
