The service
Homes Design AI lets you upload photos of homes and generate AI design concepts. Designs are visual illustrations, not architectural, engineering or construction documents. Confirm measurements, structure, permits and code requirements with qualified professionals before building or buying.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
Plans, credits and billing
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Each generation uses credits as shown in the app. Credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by our payment provider and merchant of record, Dodo Payments.
Refunds: you can request a full refund within 72 hours of a payment, as long as you created no more than 10 designs after it. Request it from Billing in your account. The credits from a refunded payment are removed, and a refunded plan ends immediately. After that window or above that usage, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
Your content and your designs
You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You confirm you have the right to upload them. You may use designs you generate for personal purposes on any plan, and for commercial purposes on plans that include commercial use. You grant us a limited license to process your content only to provide the service.
Acceptable use
Do not upload content you don't have rights to, content showing identifiable people without consent, or unlawful content. Do not use generated images to mislead, for example by presenting virtually staged or altered photos of a property as unaltered. Label virtually staged listing photos as required by your market's rules. Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape or reverse engineer the service.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is. AI output can be inaccurate or imperfect, and we do not guarantee any particular result. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
